Personal data is defined in the KVKK as any kind of information related to an identified or identifiable real person. Therefore, your name, surname, email address, and telephone number that you share with us are referred to as personal data.
We collect and process your personal information in order to fulfill our legal obligations and keep you informed about the developments within our club, due to your relationship with Asya Sports Club regarding products and services.
Your personal data may be shared with our direct/indirect domestic/international subsidiaries, institutions representing us together during the continuation of the business relationship and/or our business partners with whom we collaborate to conduct our activities, as well as domestic/international individuals and institutions from whom we receive cloud storage services. Additionally, personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions within the limits of our legal obligations.
The personal data shared with Asya Sports Club is stored in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, KVKK provisions, and Asya Sports Club standards.
As Asya Sports Club, we store your personal data in accordance with the KVKK. When the purpose requiring the processing of your data ceases to exist and/or the statutory limitation periods for processing your data have expired, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or continued to be used in an anonymized manner.
In accordance with the relevant legislation regarding your processed personal data, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction of personal data, and request notification of these actions to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred if personal data has been corrected or deleted/destroyed due to being incomplete or incorrectly processed, object to a result against yourself arising from the analysis of personal data exclusively by automated systems, and request compensation for damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
